MAKE IT BIG

Make it Big is a human-centered campaign focused on the measurable success, profit, and growth of mid-market businesses that use BigCommerce as their ecommerce platform.

I designed a microsite and accompanying case study pages around this campaign. We were luckily provided with beautiful photography as a starting point. 

By focusing on the people behind the brand, we communicated themes of ecommerce growth through human experiences. This approach helped BigCommerce connect with the audience on an emotional level, while providing a wealth of insight, facts, and actionable information on a relatable level.

What you see to the left is a low fidelity wireframe I designed to feature client case studies and present content. In the middle is a high fidelity wireframe, and on the right are selected BigCommerce customers with the template applied. I wanted to keep key information and measurable data at the top, and then let the audience scroll into a easy-to-digest, editorial-style layout. I used elements from our photography session with clients, product imagery, and bigcommerce brand guidelines to create a visual narrative that works for the BigCommerce brand, as well as our client's brands.

BPROUD

The mission of the BProud ERG is to build a united community (LGBTQ+ and allies) within BigCommerce working to educate, give back to our community, and represent BigCommerce as an LGBTQ+ friendly environment.

The ROYGBIV spectrum color palette embodies the spirit of Pride and the LGBTQ+ community. Primary shapes are used as building blocks to spell out words that represent BProud ERG values.
